Hardware Gone
After we removed the old satellite dish hardware we installed some new shingles. We also took the time to re-seal all the exposed nail heads on the roof.

Installed metal roofing on the underside of the deck to keep the people in the lower units from getting wet. Got the idea to use this from another deck installer.
