DC&R is currently looking for salesmen or saleswomen. DC&R is a Christian based family owned company. Understanding that we are a Christian based company looking for people with good character & strong morals. DC&R isn’t judgmental, as we believe it’s better to hire a positive non-believer than a negative Christian.
Applicant must have the following:
* Sales experience door to door or business to business.
* Ability to manager those under you.
* A reliable vehicle capable of hauling a ladder for inspections.
* Professional qualities and high customer service skills
* Exterior construction knowledge.
* Proficiency in computers or tablets.
* Insurance claim knowledge.
* Xactimate knowledge a +.
Commission programs are top tier maxing out at 70% of final profit. No one in Ohio will pay more for your experience. Earn your commission and commission for those under you. This can/will be discussed at the time of interview. If you already are a sales manager and are looking to bring your team to a better opportunity please also inquire. DC&R has been an Allstate Insurance company contractor for 10 years now, and are currently adding other leading insurance companies to our portfolio, like USAA and Cincinnati. We are based out of Fairborn, Ohio with a new office in Dayton and one in the works now in Columbus.
