Rebar was added the full length of the new wall. Once the concrete is poured and has set this should really help add to the strength of the wall as a whole.

Last footer that was installed by another company didn’t have rebar added to it for some reason. After a flash flood the wall was easily knocked over. #insurance company did cover all of it.

After viewing the shed the guys found that all four sides will need to be replaced with new T1-11 and painted. Putting together an estimate to do just that. Should look nice once completed if the project is landed.

One of the guys viewed a shed in Kettering that has seen better days the panels are starting to rot. There is only so much you can do over time, the weather just breaks it down.
