Paint peeling
The amount of water that was entering the property even started to cause the paint to bubble in a couple of areas that we saw. This was just one of 2 that we snapped a picture of.

All seams
As you look at the ceiling you can really see all the seams of where each 4×8 sheet of drywall butt up to each other that’s how bad the ceiling is.

Water slowed
Once the roof was tarped in the area that was allowing water to come in it slowed down greatly. Slowed down to just a couple of drips here and there so this was good.

Drywall damage
All the drywall on the ceiling has been damaged and at some point is going to come down. we’re hoping the insurance company can get out and approve this before that happens.

Interior damage
Through today we will show you what damage was done on the inside of the build because of this bad roof install. Here is the sheet of drywall that fell and we had to temp patch. 4×4’s were later added to this.

Vaulted Ceiling Stomp
Vaulted ceiling turned out great once we stomped it. We’ve always been a fan of raised/vaulted ceilings.
