Ceiling Damage
Started removing the damaged ceiling drywall from a roof leak project today. When we’re done we hope it looks like we we’re never hear.

Roofs Leaking
On one of the projects were on the had a pipe boot on the roof allowing water in. Now that the boot has been fixed its on to replacing the damaged drywall and painting it.

Finding the studs
Close view of the 4×8 sheet of osb that was installed. We took extra time to ensure that every screw that was installed through the board hit a stud.

Paint bubble
This was the second area that we grabbed a picture of that showed the paint starting to bubble up.

Paint peeling
The amount of water that was entering the property even started to cause the paint to bubble in a couple of areas that we saw. This was just one of 2 that we snapped a picture of.
