All the drywall on the third floor has been hung and all inspection have been passed. It’s time to throw some mud and get to finishing.

Drywall Class 2
The drywall is also hung on the back side of the second floor’s new classroom. The inspector is upstairs viewing that one but this was approved and is ready for insulation and new drywall.

Upstairs Classroom
Drywall is up on the back side of the 4th floor classroom, now were are just waiting on the framing inspector to get here and sign off on it so we move on to the insulation and drywall on this side.

Repair Completed
Got the ceiling repair completed nicely. Are you able to tell there are even an issue in this area? The homeowner had some of the old wall paint left so blending it really helped.

Ceiling Damage
Started removing the damaged ceiling drywall from a roof leak project today. When we’re done we hope it looks like we we’re never hear.

Roofs Leaking
On one of the projects were on the had a pipe boot on the roof allowing water in. Now that the boot has been fixed its on to replacing the damaged drywall and painting it.
