While out viewing another job we came across this little issue. The concrete landing is starting to rust out the pad. Soon that two story walk bridge will have a skylight or ground view window.

Building has 156 unit and we continue to bounce from unit to unit fixing the joints. The coping on the roof is the real issue and needs addressed.

The new walkway will be a little bigger than the old one. Seems like the older walkways and side walks just weren’t as big as what everyone is wanting today.

Forms are also getting ready to go in for the side walkway. should have all the forms done when the chips and dust are delivered and concrete will be here the following day.
