Run the mud and laying the tape is moving right along but with the humidity being so high it’s going to go slow. Thankfully they have a handful of add-ons they want done.

All the drywall has also been hung on the fourth floor and is ready to get some mud on it. These two floors are humid so this may take some time.

All the electrical got wrapped up on the Deca Middle project and approve. When you electrician does good work the inspection is a breeze.

Got some drywall left to do and some baseboards on a basement project that’s been underway. Won’t name the insurance company but it’s been crazy dealing with them on this flood claim.
