Last week we got to walk the most beautiful apartment complex we have ever been on. The property was called The Park at Kensington in Tampa, Florida. Not the biggest with only 204 unit the place was under a complete canopy of trees.

Last week we were at Matthews Reserve in Matthews, NC doing a property walk of 212 units. Nice area and we got to spend a whole day at U.S. National Whitewater Center, we had a blast. Next week we’ll be in Tampa, Florida!
