This is the damage that a bad wax ring on your toilet located on the second floor can do. Anytime a toilet is changed out remember to replace the wax ring.

Once the sauna was built and moved into place we decided to touch-up the grout around the sauna. Just need to do a couple of wipe downs and its good.
