Well we got the old faucet out and the inter workings of the new one installed along with all new copper waterlines. This should help increase the water pressure. The rest will have to wait until the tile is done.

While we had the wall open the property owner decided it would be nice to have a new tub and shower faucet. We do think the older three handle units are a little outdated. Need to install copper lines as well, will help water pressure.

Got all the tile ripped out and in the trash. Now we just have to deal with this wall board and go from there. Should have that finished before the end of the day then we can remove & replace the tub & shower faucet.
