Today marks the beginning of Sukkot, a joyous festival that celebrates unity, gratitude, and the harvest season. During this time, we build and dwell in sukkahs, temporary shelters adorned with natural elements, to commemorate the Israelites’ journey in the wilderness.
Sukkot is a time of reflection and appreciation for the blessings of abundance and community. It reminds us of the importance of hospitality, as we welcome family, friends, and neighbors to share in festive meals and traditions.
As we gather under the sukkah’s canopy, let’s embrace the spirit of Sukkot by fostering connections, spreading kindness, and rejoicing in the beauty of nature and fellowship.
